IMPORTANT INFO & TERMS - (the boring stuff!) BUT PLEASE DO READ CAREFULLY:

• Payments are entirely non-refundable so please be sure of the date before making your booking! If you need to move the date of your shoot you may do so for a surcharge, as long as we have a minimum of 3 full weeks’ notice. If you give us 3-5 full weeks’ notice the surcharge is £150 per person, if you give us 5-8 full weeks’ notice the surcharge is £100 per person and if you give us more than 8 weeks’ notice the surcharge is £50 per person. If there is less than 3 weeks notice we unfortunately cannot move the date of your photoshoot and if you do not attend the deposit is not refunded to you.

• Your photoshoot must be paid in full at least 14 days before the date of the shoot, unfortunately failure to do so will result in your photoshoot being cancelled and no refund will be issued - so please ensure you settle up on time to avoid this. Please ensure you email us after any payment has been made so we can mark it off against your balance.

• We cannot emphasise how important the SHOOT PREP is. We take exceptional pride in what we do, and our clients need to do the same to ensure a perfect photoshoot - please read it before you book.

• Please note that Proof of Age ID is required (driving licence or passport) to confirm that you are over 18. If you are under 18 years old, you may still have a photoshoot with us, however this must be clothed (no lingerie or swimwear sets are permitted to be photographed if you are under 18).

• If you have a shoot booked and not attend for any reason (including emergencies and illness) without 2 weeks notice, the full balance of your photoshoot will be due regardless.

• Your edited photos will arrive around a month after your photoshoot via email. Although they are occasionally sent sooner, they may also occasionally vary and be a little longer.
