The night before a shoot is usually when the nerves and the excitement kick in at the same time. It's also when a little bit of prep makes the biggest difference to your photos, so we've put everything you need to do tonight in one place.

Two pairs of stockings or hold ups in your size, a loose-fitting nude thong to wear under our outfits, and some snacks or drinks. Add your own hair extensions if you'd like to use them, and your own lingerie or outfits if you're outside our XS to 5XL size range.

Your Pamper Evening
Wash your hair and leave it free of any product. Shave or wax your legs, underarms and bikini area, then moisturise well. Check your nails, toes and brows are all looking their best, and if you're fake tanning, make sure it's smooth and even.
After that, have a proper meal, drink plenty of water and try to get a good night's sleep. Posing is more of a workout than most people expect, so you'll be glad of the energy.
Plan Tomorrow
Lay out some loose, comfy clothes to travel in, and plan your journey carefully. Please arrive at the studio no more than 15 minutes before your shoot time.
Sat navs sometimes take people to the wrong place, so have a quick look at the photos of our front door before you set off. We're on the first floor of the red brick building on the corner of Warstone Lane and Spencer Street. Ring the bell and one of the team will pop down to greet you.
The Essential One: Your Favourite Images
If you only do one thing tonight, make it this. Save the images you love from our portfolios, Facebook or Instagram, whether it's a pose, an outfit or a whole mood, so you can show us at your consultation. You don't need to know exactly what you want. It just helps us get the very best images for you.
